Pay and Incentives Here at Accolade Global, we believe in fair pay for all of our employees. We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to our company and repay you for it. We also put forth incentives to motivate our employees and to give them a chance to be rewarded for any outstanding work they do.
Pay For Time Not Worked Every employee deserves a break from his or her usual work year. Accolade Global pays their employees for the days that they do not work. These days of not working include sick days, holidays, and vacations. We believe that all employees need these days off and should be paid for them.
Accolade Global Recognition Programs Accolade Global runs recognition programs in all of the countries that our employees are working from. We believe that employees who do an outstanding job should be recognized for his or her hard work.
Health and Insurance Benefits Accolade Global provides a number of health benefits for our employees.
