What personally identifiable information is collected?
Accolade Global requires the proper personal data necessary to carry through with the client’s request. There are areas on the Accolade Global website that ask for general information. These areas are when registering, requesting publications, signing up for conferences, signing up for events, applying for jobs, participating in discussions, bulletin boards, surveys, and other posting areas. The information usually required is you or your company’s name, mailing/billing address, email address, telephone number, and fax number. Sometimes resumes are required when applying for a job with Accolade Global, which will give us more personal information about you. In general, Accolade Global does not ask for extra information on your behalf, only the information necessary to completing your request.
How may Accolade Global use my personally identifiable information?
Accolade Global only uses your personal information in order to fulfill you or your company’s specific requests. We might keep your personal information on file and in our general system in case we need to reach you or your company. We also send out news and reminders of events going on within Accolade Global, which requires a minimal amount of you or your company’s information.
Is personally identifiable information disclosed to third parties?
Accolade global does not disclose or transfer your personal information to any third parties intentionally. In rare cases where your information might be somehow transferred to third parties, we will take the steps necessary to protect you security, maintain confidentiality, and prevent any unauthorized disclosure of information. Accolade Global does not share any of your personal information, unless you or your company fall in one of these four major categories: information required by law, information required by third parties in order to process your request/delivery, information required in violation of infringement rights, or any information that is authorized by you or your company. This means that if any legal entity inquires for your information, we are obligated to disclose it because it is the law. If we want to deliver a product to you through a third party, we will disclose some of your personal information. If you violate some sort of copyright laws or are accused of violating some kind of law in connection to our site, we are required by law to disclose your information.

How can I view, access, change, or delete information?
You can definitely change, access, update, or delete any information that you give to us. You can also unsubscribe from our mailing lists on our website. In order to do any of the actions stated above, either follow instructions on the page where you provided your personal information or contact our Privacy department.
Accolade global has implemented a number of accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally identifiable information from being lost, misused, altered, or destroyed. Only authorized Accolade global personnel have access to personally identifiable information. These employees are required by law and by our company to keep all information confidential. Despite these precautions, Accolade Global cannot fully guarantee that unauthorized entities or individuals will not obtain access to your personal information.
Trans-border hosting and transfer of Information
Personally identifiable information may sometimes transfer over to our other branches, offices, or personnel in other countries. These places or individuals might be located outside of the European Economic Area, and the site can be hosted or viewed from any location in the world. These locations also include countries that might not have generally applicable rules on the regulation or transfer of personal data. By using the Accolade Global website, you voluntarily consent to trans-border transferring and hosting of such information.

Accolade Global understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy rights online. The sight is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. Accolade Global will not intentionally collect or maintain any data about any individual under the age of 13 years old.
